Amphibious ATV

Amphibious ATV

Summary: Amphibious ATV may be an offshoot from standard ATV, but it seems they are a separate line of ATVs that are very, very different from standard ATV.

Sure, when it comes to work and cross-country trekking we all know ATVs are the best equipment for the job. These heavy-duty vehicles are capable of working even in the most extreme environment and allow passage over almost any terrain.

But then you might have never heard of super ATVs. They revolutionized the term ‘all terrain vehicle' to a new meaning. How? They have conquered water. True, the biggest innovation of ATV is its amphibious cousin, the Amphibious ATV. They work much like a standard ATV, but they are made more powerful. With six wheels, it doubles the payload and towing capacity of even the famed Honda Rubicon, and the constructions afforded even more defense against terrain damage. But the best buff of all is its ability to enter water.

Amphibious ATV may be an offshoot from standard ATV, but it seems they are a separate line of ATVs that are very, very different from standard ATVs. To get the picture more clearly, here are some samples of Amphibious ATV. Alternately, you can choose to have a more detailed look on these babes on their website: http://www.maxatvs.com. or contact them: 1-800-255-5-2511.

Max II is my first feature of Amphibious ATV. With a travel speed of 25 mph on land and 4 mph on water, this six-wheeled monster can take two passengers virtually anywhere. To climb steep hills, plow through deep snow, or cross streams, ponds or swamps, this ATV monster is guaranteed to take you.

Max IV is a major example of amphibious ATV. It travels 20 mph on land and 4 mph on water. This monster ATV is 10 inches longer than the standard A-ATV Max II but the ingenious design allows the vehicle to carry four passengers. The enormous five-gallon fuel tank has the capability of nine hours operating time.

The standard Max Series Amphibious ATV has an almost unbreakable high density polyethylene body. Just like your standard ATV, it has headlights, taillights, forward and reverse gear, electric start, steel chassis, and a trailer hitch with a towing capacity of 1000 lbs.

The Buffalo All-Terrain Truck might be the world's first amphibious dump truck. It might also be the world's ultimate workhorse. Unchallenged when it comes to working in soggy terrain such as swamps, marshes and mires, the Buffalo has a passenger capacity of two and payload capacity of 1000 lbs.
