Massage Parlor

Massage therapy is continually gaining popularity throughout the world these days. In fact, thousands of massage parlors are already out there, offering massage services for those who want to attain better health.

Well, giving and receiving a massage is not a bad idea. Massage no doubt is a great tool for feeling better. However, numerous reports have revealed that most of the active massage parlors in some areas are operating illegally. Some are masking themselves, trying to appear as barber shops at day and at night with those young men and bored ladies fixing each others hair. There are also others that appear as food stores at day, but transform to massage parlors at night. Whatever their reasons for doing such illegal transactions are, this is actually the main factor that ruins the reputation of massage parlors. In fact, massage parlors are now labeled as the "home of prostitution".

I have read through an article that details about a massage parlor that is operating illegally in China. According to the author, several innocent-looking shops have been offering sensual pleasures to their guests. What these parlors usually do at day is that they disguise themselves as barber shops. They offer services like hair cutting, pedicure, manicure or other related services. But, behind this tactic is something that is really embarrassing. The barbers at day become masseuse at night. It was even discovered that most of these barber shops in China are glowing in dark red color at night, with sexy ladies standing outside, trying to call you in.

Several reports have further noted that most of the massage parlors, not only in China but also in other areas of Asia and the world, have that video camera installed on the ceiling at the entrance. Once you are in, you will notice private, windowless spacious rooms with large mirrors on the walls. A sofa and a table usually rest on the side of the room, with a massage table or chairs on the other side. Well, what most of the managers of these massage parlors do to encourage their customers is that they first try to convince you that they offer purely massage and nothing else. Then, they will introduce you to their lady and guy therapists and make you decide on who will do the job for you. But, the funny thing is it is typical in this kind of massage parlor that the manager will approach you and says, "We will charge extra fees for an extra service and when you are given a certain service, you are supposed to pay more". Well, obviously this evasive answer means that sex is available if you pay more.

Perhaps the funniest thing about this is that more than a hundred massage parlors are doing this marketing strategy, and although many people somehow find it depressing, these massage parlors still remain unnoticed and ignored. Much worse to know is that nobody finds it intolerable. Almost everybody is in fact nonchalant of this mind bugging trade.
