The Zen term is one which has become often associated with Eastern practices, and belief systems. The most basic of Zen Meditation Techniques takes shape in a folded legs and hands posture, with one’s spine straight, as well as comfortably settled. Zen meditation techniques also entail breathing exercises, as well as half-lowered or closed eyes, depending on the types of Zen meditation techniques one aims to apply.

As a meditation technique, Zen Meditation Techniques come with many adages, the biggest cliché of which would entail being “one with everything” or “one with the universe”.
