Types of Anxiety Problems in How to Get Rid of Panic
Self Help Guide in Understanding You

Sometimes medical cause is the reason by panic and anxiety attacks, other times it is a state of
the mind. Medical symptoms often present self when biological problems underlie the cause of
panic and anxiety. Some of the symptoms include seizures, cardiovascular issues, diabetes,
inner ear problem, asthmas, and hypothyroid problems. If the problem is not medical, you may
endure emotional, spiritual, relationship, mental and physical problems.

Most times a person feels alone while suffering from the types of anxiety problems. The reality is
you are not alone, rather millions of people suffering panic attacks, anxiety, and phobia. In fact,
statistics show that 14.6% of twenty six million individuals in the world suffer symptoms of anxiety.
The number has increased in recent years.

Most times people suffer from GAD – Generalized Anxiety Disorders. The disorder often causes
anxiety and panic attacks that stem from exaggerated or unrealistic experiences according to
experts. While we cannot say this is true until further study is proven the fact, we can say that the
person will often endure anxiety from excessive worry. What are the symptoms?

Few symptoms are motor tensions. In other words, the person will feel uncomplicated fatigability,
trembles, shakiness, or twitching. Sometimes the person will experience motor tensions, such as
restlessness, or soreness, aches or muscle tensions. The autonomic hyperactivities occurs
causing lumpy throats, problems swallowing, shortness of breath, sensations of smothering and
so forth. The autonomic hyperactivities can also cause dizziness, dry mouth, diarrhea, abdominal
discomforts, nausea, and frequent visits to the bathroom, heart palpitations, sweatiness, chills,
hot flashes, and clammy hands. Vigilance is apparent in GAD. The person often feels like he/she
is keyed and on the edge. The person will also feel irritable, while exaggerating startling
responses. Furthermore, the person will feel anxious and lack the ability to concentrate.

Panic disorders slightly differ in symptoms however, anxiety is often included. Most times the
person will experience a series of unexpected attacks whereas the person will panic for no
apparent cause. Most times the person exaggerates danger. Danger is a threat to the emotions,
which is either real or imagined. For instance, if a person is sitting on the couch and suddenly
feels panic believing that someone will break in the home and kill them, thus this is a sort of
imagined threat of the emotions. Still, we must examine the reality of this threat closely, because
at any given moment someone could break in anyone of our homes and claim our lives. Reality
vs. imagined takes special consideration before null and voiding someone's fears as valid or
invalid.

Overall, there are around seven kinds of panic and anxiety disorders. Few are medical, while
others are related to chemical imbalances. Some of the common problems we face today are
GAD, AGORAPHOBIA Panic disorder base, phobias of social, OCD – Obsessive-Compulsive
Disorder, simple and straightforward phobias, PTSD – Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, and "High
Anxiety Personality" Disorder.

Most of the problems we experience regarding panic come from the inability to cope with stress,
and face fears. While many of the symptoms in each type of anxiety issues are valid, some are
left to be answered truly. Some people believe that someone with a mind to think creatively
ongoing has anxiety problems, including the High Personality Disorder. Whether this is true or
not, will take concrete facts to convince me, however creative minds often find solutions to
problems, therefore I am not sure this is a valid symptom or problem in anxiety disorders. If you
took time to read half the symptoms that counselors, along with others perceive as problems and
think about them logically, you may find you have fewer symptoms, less problems and
undemanding, straightforward living.

The best solution for getting rid of anxiety and panic is to face your fears and reduce stressors to
avoid overwhelming stress.
