Visioning Healthy Living in How to Get Rid of Anxiety and Panic
Discovering Reality in Self Help

Vision self-going to a restaurant or movie alone, and consider how you feel. Notice your body and
mind as you vision self in the movie theatre or restaurant. What are you experiencing? Do you
feel comfortable, mild discomfort, extreme discomfort, or complete avoidance of your visions?

If you feel comfort we can work toward the next vision, however if you feel mild, extreme, or
avoidance, thus revision the images again. Remember to observe your body and mind as you
vision. Practice the vision until you start to feel comfortable, then tell self, I can go anywhere I like
because I like me. Now, go to a movie and/or restaurant alone.

Vision self-going on a date for the first time while considering how you feel, at the same time
observing your discomforts. Do you feel nervous? Do you feel anxious? Do you feel panicky? If
so revision self on the date and consider that most people dating for the first time will experience
a degree of nervousness. It is up to one or the other however to break the ice, thus remove the
negative thoughts and be the first on your next date to free the nerves of stress. WE fear what we
do not know often, thus learn to understand and accept this fear. Remember, what you do not
know now you will learn later.

Do you sweat, panic, and obsess while shaking the hands of another person? Thus, vision self-
free of disease and watch your reactions as you shake your imaginary friend's hand. Realize that
diseases are often caught through different transactions rather than shaking hands. You may
need help, since obsessive-compulsive disorders can increase such symptoms, however if this is
rare, learn to face your fear.

Do you worry about people liking you? If you worry about people liking you vision self-alone. Now
vision self with a crowd of people. Think about the last crowd you were in, and how you felt at the
moment. Now vision self-feeling comfortable with you, liking you and saying, "I do not care what
others think about me, as long as I like who I am. I am working hard to make a life for myself, and
if someone does not like me, oh well, it is probably in my best interest. This is a common issue,
yet if you learn to like you, you will find others liking you and will know that everyone liking you is
not always in your best interest. I have people that tell me they don't like me sometimes and I tell
them, I don't need you to like me. I like myself. In other words, check your level of needs for
reality.

Impulses, compulsions, fears, stress, and so forth can cause us to fear the worst. Impulses are
desires inside us that we need to drive to control. If your impulses are out of control, likely you will
experiences increased urges, needs, compulsions, forces, pressure, and the like.

Likewise, compulsions out of control can lead to major complications. Thus, check your needs for
reality. Fears is the number one reason behind overwhelming stress, inability to cope, anxiety,
panic, phobias, and the like. If you learn to understand and accept your fears and checking the
reality of the fear, you can in fact get rid of anxiety and panic.

Still, you need to grow to learn the truth, since if you have hidden lies within you, guess what, you
will feel overwhelmed most of your life. Lying is deceit; two-face, insincere, double-dealing, false,
and so forth, which if continued will increase anxiety, and panic attacks, since the mind is not
free.
