The aftermath may not immediately take place but then again, it is not far from obtaining an asbestos disease.

There a lot of kinds of an asbestos disease but there are two that are most common namely pleural and peritoneal.

Pleural can be classified as either diffuse and localized. Diffuse is also identified as malignant where the cells are forming inside the ribs and outside the lungs. Localized is also identified as benign where most of the cases are solved by undergoing through a surgery.

Peritoneal is a tumor located on the membrane. Specifically, the state can be detected in the abdomen where the peritoneum envelopes the organ. The strands brought about by a building material out of the organic rock have been dormant for a long time.

Mesothelioma is another kind of asbestos cancer that has inflicted a lot of employees who were once connected to industries such as shipping, automation, refinery, construction and mining, among the others. This illness can be found in the respiratory system, specifically the lungs. Regarded as rare because of the fact that even with the rise of innovative technologies, little cure has been known. Physicians have established no other source other than the inhalation of bits and pieces of an item containing the earthen block.

In this type of asbestos cancer, the cells reproduce slowly. The worst occurs when the tissues go through the method of metamorphosis which means that there are no more any restrictions which permits uncontrollable generation. Later on, the abnormal blocks then transform into a lump. Initially, it is deemed as benign or localized but when it spreads to other parts of the body, the stage is accounted for as malignant or diffuse.

When the tumor is not given any remedy, there is a possibility that the neighboring cells will be damaged. There is even a circumstance that the tissues can tear apart the original lump and mushroom in the bloodstream as well as in the lympathic structure, a scheme comprising the immune system that includes the lymph nodes, thymus, spleen and bone marrow that are connected to a network of vessels.
