Cheap Computer Printers

Even if a purchase doesn’t cost a fortune, it’s often superlative option to go for thriftier purchases as long as the purchase doesn’t impede the quality standards to be met. I have often seen serious investments on products because there is a quality level to be met, yet turned out to be a pricier venture than what was planned. My advice is always: search out for the best cheap computer printers.

Yes, I am talking about computer printers, cheap computer printers. They could be downright expensive and costly to maintain. And they can get real finicky too. I remembered when I had problems with my old bubble jet. It flatly refused to print anything, with no technical problems whatsoever. After exhausting all options I gave up and turned the machine off. After an hour or so, with renewed vigor on solving the problem, it work so fine that I have to convince myself it did break out a minute before. Of course it has to spew out the trash data that was accumulated on its RAM (I figured spooling problem) before I resumed my regular printing. And that machine was about a month old.

Point is, as long as you know where to look, you can always acquire quality cheap computer printers. You don’t even have to squint hard; surplus shops, second hand shops all litter sidewalks and even high end retail outlets must have several items on sale. And over here in the internet is a haven for feature deals of quality but cheap computer printers. Here are a few sample sites.

ComputerGeeks.com at www.geeks.com
When a Canon PIXMA MP780 would cost $184.89 USD, $20 lesser than the regular price of $200 USD, you’d know you got a cheap bargain. They also offer several refurbished models of HP printers, Brother, Lexmark.

Featured Model: Canon PIXMA iP1700 Color USB Inkjet Printer at $49.89
At only $50, the PIXMA iP1700 is perhaps Canon’s biggest bargain. The quality of output it provides more than makes up its price. Its only letdown is it’s decidedly lack of features: such as PC reliance, and lack of output tray. Of course such detail can be tolerable to certain users, e.g. by allowing enough area for print outputs to land should very well provide for the lack of output tray. The absence of LCD should be addressed by having it sit right next to a PC.

The best method in saving is always arranging one’s priority. Do you often see yourself printing documents in black and white? Get a laser monochrome. The printer may be costly but the long term cost is decidedly low. And one more thing, despite the technologies embedded on most recent printer models, strip it to its core and you’ll have a decently priced machine. If you don’t need all the extras, ask for a model that has none and you’ll have a price difference. Like the Canon PIXMA iP1700.
