The Art Institute of Colorado offers the James Beard scholarships as well. Culinary arts scholarships are available for qualified incoming freshmen in the 21-month AAS degree in Culinary Arts or Bachelor Degree in Culinary Management. Applicants are required to have a 3.0 grade point average in high school or in their post secondary education.
There are basically several schools that have the James Beard Scholarship Program.
