Helene Fuld School of Nursing is located within the Blackwood Campus of Camden County College in New Jersey. About 400 students attend the nursing school, which offers graduates not just a Diploma in Nursing but also an Associate Degree in Science through Camden County College.

Helene Fuld School of Nursing takes in close to 200 freshman students yearly for day and evening courses. If you are interested in enrolling in the school, you should complete the application form and prepare your high school and college transcripts if you have attended other colleges before. In addition, you should have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 and a minimum grade of C in certain high school subjects such as algebra, chemistry and biology. Applicants would also need to pass a Nurse Entrance Test and Camden County College's Basic Skills Test.

Applicants who received their education overseas will have to undergo a language skills exam called Test of English as a Foreign Language or TOEFL. Helene Fuld School of Nursing accepts transfer students who meet the requirements for eligibility such as successful completion of required nursing and non-nursing courses.

Helene Fuld School of Nursing received its accreditation from the New Jersey Board of Nursing and the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission to provide nursing students the education, skills and training that they need to qualify for the nursing licensure exam and become registered nurses.

Working with other health care institutions such as Virtua Health and the Cooper University Hospital, Helene Fuld School of Nursing offers students education in clinical nursing. The school has developed a comprehensive three-year nursing course program, wherein students learn to make decisions based on critical thinking, apply nursing theories and concepts in practice to provide healthcare to different individuals in the community, and demonstrate strong ethics, professionalism and responsibility.

As a way of encouraging its graduates to continue their education and pursue a bachelor's degree in nursing, Helene Fuld School of Nursing has collaborated with other educational institutions to give credits to graduates who enroll in higher education for courses they have completed at Helene Fuld School of Nursing.
