Once you get your program down you can move toward your goal to speed-read. Keep in mind; this is a sample program, which is only an outline to help you see how program works. Each of us function differently, thus what works best for you is open to discovery.


When you learn to program self, you learn to set the path you will take to achieve a goal. For instance, at what time my mind is overcrowded with thoughts, I simply use my programming skills to devoid all thoughts from my head. This gives me room to read clearly without interruptions.

Now we can practice a bit to test your comprehension and reading speed:

The first thing you will need to do is clear your mind. A clear mind helps you to feel at ease while reading. Next, sit in a positive (straight) position with your book planted flatly on a hard surface, such as a desk. Make sure the light is, diffused in the room, so that reflective light will not hinder your ability to read fast. Plant your feet flat on the floor, and position self to read. You can use one of your hands to hold down the pages for easier reading. Make sure the material in front of you is easy to read, especially if you are just starting. Take a few deep breathes and set a timer. It is up to you on what you want to accomplish. Once you decide program your mind to meet your expectations.

For instance, I intend to read one full page of information in…Set your own time so that you feel comfortable. At the onset of reading ignore the words you cannot relate too, rather seek only words familiar to you. To start look at the title, subtitle, charts, graphs, lists, and other relative details before indulging into the information. Try to visualize what the details mean to you.

Next, start reading the first sentence as quickly as possible. With your clock set continue reading the material until the timer goes off. Once you finish record your time spent reading, material read, and what you understand from the material. Continue!
