How to read fast

Speed-readers take the time before starting to describe what they want to do. Before starting speed-readers explain to self what their purpose of reading the material is, as well as depict pictures in their mind, thus seeing self-read fast.

Speed-readers also analyze. The readers will examine information before reading, study to read fast, and investigate their inner abilities to achieve. Readers will scrutinize techniques that will help them read faster. As the reader unearths new information, before putting it to practice the reader will consider the details. Speed-readers will often self-induce techniques they learn to see how it works while questioning, and evaluating the results.

Fast readers do not start reading and then compare the information to additional information. Rather, the reader will read first, check his or her comprehension level, and then move to compare. For instance, Valerie predicted that the earth would move back in time by the year 2009.

Now, how is Valerie going to predict such notion? She cannot, thus a speed-reader would ignore this information and come back later to discover a meaning. Intelligent readers will not fret over such invalid statements.

Fast readers define what they learn. In other words, the reader will brisk through the pages seeking out what he or she intends to discover, and define it once the reader has finished the material.

For example, some of the leading causes of allergies, asthma, hay fever, and the like come from the tiny microscopic dust mites. Dust mites feel their hunger by feeding off dander from pets and humans.

Define:
Microscopic bugs, such as dust mites cause allergies, as well as other problems. The bugs feed from dander found on pets and humans. Hum!

Now, a fast reader would brisk through the information, check his or her comprehension, and then move to discover new information. There is virtually no way possible that any reader could truly define this sentence without learning more.

Comprehension:
We have a problem
The problem is dust mites
The bugs feed from dander found on humans and pets

Questions:
How can we remove dust mites from our home?
Answer:
First, we need to learn where dust mites live in the home.

The questions produce answers, and the comprehension helps us to discover that we need more to better, understand the topic. Thus, we move to evaluate the topic, since it poses interest.




Fast readers will often pick topics of interest, since they know information unrelated, or uninteresting to them will only slow their reading. Still, fast readers are willing to take challenges. A fast reader will grow to read material that may hold no interest to them. The notion is to read any type of information complex or simple at fast pace.

Fast readers do not say:
I intend to read this information as fast as I can to get finished.

Rather:
I intend to read this information as quickly as possible to learn new information.

Fast readers do not say:
I intend to get through this nonsense as quickly as possible. I have better things to do.

Rather:
I intend to read this information with the intent of learning, and developing my skills to read faster. I have a goal to achieve.
