Wheelchairs have evolved over time to give greater comfort and convenience to people who have limited mobility. Of course, whenever you purchase something, check it first for signs of damage and find out where it has been before you make any decision.
The convenience afforded by an electric scooter is something an ordinary wheelchair cannot parallel. Even automatic wheelchairs still cannot hold a candle to electric scooters.
