You can switch Sony Portable Playstation in different directions. The directional buttons are up, down, left and right. It also has left and right shoulder buttons, start button, sound button, volume buttons, a wireless LAN on or off switch, and an open latch for the UMD.
The newest Sony Portable Playstation has a specially designed rechargeable Lithium-ion battery and also features an AC adaptor. You can control the access through region and parental controls.
The Sony Portable Playstation also boast 802.11b that help support both infrastructure and ad hoc mode that enables you to connect up to sixteen consoles. It can also support both digital display and digital music playback in both MP3 and ATRAC Format.
The PSP is available in a value pack that include AC adaptor, battery pack, memory stick duo with 32MB, headphone with remote control, soft case and cloth and a UMD in-pack sampler.
The Sony Portable Playstation is accompanied by a UMD discs or Universal Media Disc. It is a newly developed media made by Sony just for PSP. Its diameter is only 60mm and can store up to 1.8GB of information. A broad range of digital content is to be delivered on the UMDs including game software, movies, videos and many other programs.
