Cortisol is a hormone that causes the body to store fat and destroy muscle, so controlling this hormone is essential to bodybuilders. In addition, Vitamin C is good for the immune system so it helps to keep individuals healthy and illness free.

Chromium Picolinate is another supplement that is essential to take at breakfast and also after working out during the day according to bodybuilding supplement information. This helps the body to be able to absorb insulin so that the insulin levels in the body stay constant. Another supplement mentioned often in bodybuilding supplement information is flax seed oil, which should be taken in the morning and at night so that the individual ingests at least fourteen grams of it for every one hundred pounds of their body weight. This is a fatty acid that helps with muscle gain and fat loss as well as other bodily functions. These supplements are all of the essential ones according to bodybuilding supplement information and should not be left out of a serious bodybuilder's diet each day.
