Yogic Methods Of Yoga How To Achieve Self-awareness

Yogic practices have been handed down through the centuries, which recently new translations have come available. Yogic methods include Hatha, Laya, Bhakti, Shakti, Mantra, Yantra, Dhyana, Jiiana, Karma, Kundalini, Samadhi, Milarepa Guru, Tantric, etc.

Each yogic method has its own purpose, yet all methods bring forth self fulfillment. Hatha for instance teaches one to breathe properly. In addition, the practices lead to control over the body and vitality.

Yoga Achievements:
What a person achieves when he learns to master all yogic methods is the power over breathing, body, mind, vitality, will, love, divine love, nature, energy, sound, form, thought, emotions, knowledge, activities, self, etc.

Before one starts yogic methods, he must learn that posture and breathing plays a vital part in acting out the procedures properly. In addition, mediation must be mastered to get the most out of yogic practices.

Practice:
When one practice yogic methods, he must sit in position, focus on breathing, posture, etc, and move to mediation. Breathing involves learning the steps to inhaling and exhaling properly. One's posture involves stance, attitude, pose, etc, and moves one to self-awareness. When one learns to compose his /her posture, it helps them to gain confidence, self-esteem, and self-awareness respectively.

Mediation is the arbitrations that help us to negotiate, invent, and reconcile with self. The intercessions drive one to focus, which promotes self-awareness also. When one learns to focus, he/she learns how to deal with the emotional responses that come our way daily. This leads us to apply negative energies and positive energies to gain balance. The goal of each yogic method is to work from the start and head toward the finish without ceasing action. In other words, one must continue permanently to achieve and maintain complete self and awareness.

The problem is many people find it difficult to mediate on a regular schedule. We must work through the problems in an effort to achieve the level of "Macrocosmic" full conscious awareness. In addition, yogic methods teaches us to set limits, as well as move limitations that hinder one from achieving full knowledge of self.

Yogic methods take one to the clear lights. Spiritual and vibrant insights are achieved once one has mastered the steps in yogic. The goal is to achieve greatness that works toward the "Master of Tibetan" Knowledge, by shaping and forming the mind, posture, and breathing.

When exercising yogic methods one will gradually learn to liberate the mind from karma, rebirth, etc, and to realize the lucid light. (Clear Light) The "Clear Light" outlined by the Tibetan group defines Moon, Sun, Fire, Gem, etc. When one realizes the "Clear Light," he starts to relate to family members of the light, as well as the lights that shine on the darkness, and comes to a reborn-state. When one reaches the reborn-state, he/she feels regenerated and/or renewed, which recreates order that moves one to effectiveness, modern, and regenerated spirituality. The ultimate goal is to achieve knowledge over one's "All-Consciousness," as well as to become fully aware of nature, environment, etc. In addition, good health is predicted, since once a person gains control over the conscious mind, the emotions will stand back when triggered, thus allowing the person to act out on his duties responsibly. We see wellness, since emotional responses is the leading reason that underlies mental illness, problems, crime, alcoholism, drug addictions, etc.

Yogic methods are recorded as Seven, or Six Doctrines, which readers can find copies written in the "Doctrine of Bardo." The books each outline details of yogic methods, its creation, background details and more. If you are working to achieve "All-Conscious" and better health, we encourage you to check out the books at your local library.
