Antioxidant Cleanser

Sure we've all heard about the wonders of antioxidants. Why, they can practically do anything, except perhaps fix that jammed doorknob in your closet. Then again, a scientist might be working on that as well.

But did you know that for all the hype that antioxidants are recently getting from the scientific community the benefits of such were already common knowledge even centuries before? To be sure, antioxidants have natural cleansing properties and what better way to take advantage of that than to create a product that's specifically designed to cleanse? Hence, the emergence of antioxidant cleansers.

Antioxidant cleansers are only among the many products currently in store for you. For most people, the skin is an essential element of physical beauty and taking care of it is a must. Antioxidant cleansers are extremely beneficial since they contain natural vitamins and minerals that help protect skin from diseases or blemishes. Antioxidant cleansers keep skin healthy and clean.

There are several antioxidant cleansers available out there, each type catering to a particular type of skin. So before you go out and purchase your antioxidant cleanser, it is important that you first determine what skin type you have. For instance, do you have dry skin? Oily? Large pores? Small pores? All these are important factors to consider when you purchase your antioxidant cleanser.

Normal/oily skin largely consists of large pores that secrete more sebum and leave skin surface shiny. An easy test for oily skin is checking for residues left on a tissue after wiping areas around the T-Zone (forehead, nose, upper cheeks, and chin). Some recommended antioxidant cleansers for this type of skin are products that contain one or more of the following ingredients: papaya (papin), silk amino acid, sugar cane, orange, grapefruit, and orange.
