Reducing Solution in How to Get Rid of Anxiety and Panic
Self Help Guide

The solution to the problem of getting rid of panic and anxiety lies within you. It all depends on
you whether you want to put up a brave front and try to minimize stress to least possible level or
whether you want to live with it forever. Stress causes panic, which leads to anxiety, which leads
to further stress. It is a vicious circle and you must make every effort possible to get rid of it.

Anxiety is a product of worry and fear multiplied. Anxiety leads to carelessness and apprehensive
behavior. People with such anxiety and panic related disorders can lead to their emotional
outbursts when they are fearful of some event which is about to take place. Moreover, if this
anxiety is not handled properly then it begins the vicious circle of anxiety, panic, and stress.

Panic is nothing more than the fear of some event about to take place. You constantly keep
feeling that it won't turn out the way it should. You may have an important exam tomorrow
morning, and at night you have completed all syllabus but start fearing whether you'd be able to
clear the test or not, the score you'll get etc. Such a person needs to calm down while trying to
maintain his cool under pressure situations. You can try to follow this simple technique to
maintain control under such panicky situations.

Try to think of the most terrifying moment of your life like some accident or something that you
saw or happened to you which made you scared and panicky. Now take deep breaths. Take
around 15-20 deep breaths per minute. Now go back to the same situation. Do you still feel
scared the same way? On the other hand, do you feel better than before? What were your
feelings when you recalled that scene the first time? Did you feel scared? Did you feel nervous?
Did you lose your cool? Were you sweating? Did it make you to fall into pieces? Were you
flurried?

Now after you have cooled down just try to write down on a piece of paper about what made you
react in such a panicky way. Also, write down the situation, which made you to react in such a
manner. Most of us feel the anxiety gripping us before the day of a test and more often than not
results in the form of a panic attack. Nevertheless, shouldn't we ask ourselves whether all this
makes any sense or not? Why not consider it as a test. The solution is here and you just need to
follow it to pass. Why should we fear the failure in a test? It cannot kill you, but on the same time,
it warrants no reason on why you should not give it your best shot.

If you analyze failure, you'll realize that it is no more than your effort falling short of demand. You
needed 60 marks to pass some test and you could manage only 55 when you could have easily
got 70. The anxiety, panic, and negative thought process caused more harm than benefit. You
may feel discouraged, disappointed, and angry after failing but we must divert all these negative
thoughts and energies towards the positive side. All these disappointments and anger should
make your commitment towards the particular task even stronger. So many people have failed in
business only to come back stronger than before. They have been able to successfully convert
their sorrows, grief, and loss into stronger will power and made them take lessons from their own
past.

So all that you have to keep in mind is that you don't have to afraid of anything and just try to find
a solution for every obstacle that comes in the path of your life.
