Again, you will cultivate beliefs. Beliefs are an acceptance of your mind that brings peace. You
will believe what you think, know, and feel. You will start to accept reality. You will have an
underpinning spark of the emotions and spiritual being, thus sensing that you have a truth within

Beliefs go back to confidence, since you will start to see the effects and good deeds of self and
others. You will ground your opinions, conforming, your opinions to firm convictions while
considering the facts. Beliefs bring in principals, since statements are often made with doctrines
of what you accept as the truth.

Do you see how developing self-awareness could lead you to success? Once you have concrete
beliefs and principals established along with confidence and self-awareness, you will grow into a
more productive life. If your life is productive, where is the room for anxiety and panic?

Building healthy qualities can help you to develop strategies in minimizing stressors, stress, panic
attacks and anxiety. As you build healthy qualities, you will soon learn coping skills. Coping skills
put you on top rather than sloping each time stressors come your way. Once you learn to cope
with stressors, you can deal with problems successfully no matter how big the problems are or
how problematic the situation is to you. Instead of building your mind out of sand, you will soon
build the mind out of bricks, which provides you security. The big bad wolves won't be huffing,
puffing, and blowing your home away.

Security is important to us all. If our security is threatened, we often feel panicky and anxious.
Thus, it takes us to build security by cultivating our personality and building healthy qualities.
Security gives us a peace of mind, since we feel protected from danger and safe from harm.
