Instilling The Mind In How To Get Rid Of Anxiety And Panic

Ideas Leading to Stress

The same way you instill in your mind that you are in danger, is the same way you can reverse
the ideas to train the mind that you are safe. We sometimes impress on the mind ideas stemming
from the imagination that we will fail. We often use misconstrued principals, beliefs, teachings,
and the like to conform the mind to think negative. The negative thoughts become medicines that
cause us to addict toward continue the process. The key to getting rid or reducing anxiety and
panic is reforming the mind.

Reforming the mind is the process of returning positive energies to a cause and effect state of
mind. If fear rejection, confrontations, failure, success, and so forth you will fear until you learn to
reform the mind. To help you cultivate new ideas we can consider rejection, confrontation, failure,
and success.

Rejection – Rejections are refusals to agree, accept, or believe in something. We all go through
rejections each day of our life, including rejects of jobs, rejections in family, etc. When rejection
turns in the form of unkindness, such as failing to give kindness, love, or friendship to those
expecting it from you, thus we have a reason to feel threatened. Positive rejections are at what
time a person lets you know they care. For instance, a mother will reject her child's decision to
play in a major highway. Why, the mother cares for the child and has the child's best interest at
heart. When a person has your best interest at heart, rejections are positive and no threat to your
person. Rejections then can become eliminators of stress, since if you reject dangerous
situations, activities, you will not have experiences that will cause you stress.

Confrontation – Some people think of confrontations as arguments, which is not always true. We
all disagree from time to time with something someone tells us, thus it is safe to confront the
person with the disagreement while respecting the persons right to opinions. Confrontations in the
form of arguments and quarrels are frightening, however you can eliminate the transaction by
thinking positive, paraphrasing, and halting the problem before it becomes a threat.

Failure – Failure is success turned upside down. Failure occurs often when a person sets his
mind to fail. Thus if you train the mind to tell self that you will succeed, rarely will you fail. Telling
the mind that you will fail often, is stopping the mind from freely working, thus you are breaking
down, crashing, and collapsing your future. Failure can bring us closure, especially if we learn
from our mistakes.

Success – Success is an overstated concept for most people. Success to some people is
winning every time, while triumphing. Most people consider success as becoming a star in life
and finding appraisal from people around them for their efforts. They fear failure sometimes,
failing to realize that sometimes we are losers in a winning game. Loosing is not bad at all times,
since loosing helps us to strive to do better. In other words, you have to let someone else win
sometimes to succeed.

Loosing comes in positive form, since it allows us to move about freely null of worrying about
restraints. He lost the fight, but he won the war!

Sometimes we loose because we are controlled, or else we sense something is wrong in the
subconscious mind. WE recognize the spark, yet we cannot get the flames burning to discover
how hot the fire truly is. In other words, if someone was playing poker at a table with a bunch of
sore losers, it could turn into a riot. Therefore, the mind sometimes realizes that there is a time to
win and a time to loose. Loss becomes an issue when you face loss of home, life, or job. Still, if
you lose your home or job you have recourses, yet it is up to you to learn what those recourses
are. Even if your life is in danger, you may have a way out. Thus, thinking positive is the process
of getting rid of anxiety and panic.
