The concept behind this form of therapy is to use specially designed needles to hit pressure point sin the body to relieve pain and to treat various other conditions and sicknesses. The person facilitating acupuncture needs to have a specific license and be certified as an expert in this field. Lower back pain relief through acupuncture may need several visits and sessions before a satisfactory result is reached.
