To keep your mouth having clean smell and bad breath free can keep your confidence up whoever you are talking to.

Every one of us wants our breaths to have sweet and fresh smell and bad breath isn't included on the list. Bad breath is a very embarrassing condition that anyone has to deal with. A person with bad breath tends to gradually lose their self esteem and self confidence. What's worse? They look as if they avoid talking to people. This is the reason why people are willing to spend a lot of money to buy oral and dental products to keep their breaths to have fresh and sweet smell and bad breath products' manufacturer are getting richer and richer everyday.

Bad breath is caused by bacteria living in our mouth which can grow in great amount if there little flow of saliva or saliva production is slow. These bacteria are anaerobic bacteria and sad to say we all have them in our mouth. Therefore, nobody is spared from this upsetting, disgusting, and embarrassing condition. Unless you practice proper oral and dental hygiene, and keep your mouth moist all the time, you can keep you mouth having fresh smell and bad breath free.

To keep your mouth moist, chewing parsley or mint leaves help stimulate saliva production. Our saliva serves as natural mouthwash that washes away odor-causing bacteria and the wastes they have produced. Did you notice, usually in the morning, that you have an unpleasant smell on your breath? This is due to the slow flow of saliva in our mouth during our sleep. Smoking tobacco and dehydration can also make your mouth dry. These bacteria tend to multiply if our mouth is dry. Every time we feel dryness in our mouth, drinking water is enough remedy already.

If you want to keep your mouth to have clean smell and bad breath free, practice immaculate dental and oral hygiene, brush your tongue every time you brush your teeth in the morning, evening, and every after meal. Flossing is also important to keep the food particles stuck in between your teeth from building up and from into plaque. Plaque build-up makes a perfect playground of odor causing bacteria and can damage your gums and teeth. Eventually, if you already have gum problems, your chances of having bad breath are so great. If this happens, say bye- bye to your lifetime goal of clean smell and bad breath free mouth.

Breath that is fresh and bad breath free may take a lot of effort to maintain, but it's worth it. I would rather spend an hour to do the necessary procedure to keep the clean smell and bad breath free of my mouth, rather than having "dragon breath" and evaded by other people. Don't live through the embarrassment and low self confidence because of bad breath condition if you can do something about it!
