Foods high in cholesterol are the main factors that contribute to high cholesterol levels in a person. There are basically two kinds of cholesterol in the body, LDL (bad cholesterol) and HDL (good cholesterol). Elevated level of LDL or bad cholesterol is the main cause of many conditions connected to heart disease and high blood pressure problems.
