Cramping is common during the first few days, and bruising will occur for up to a month. However, walking is encouraged to prevent clotting in the larger veins of your legs. After a first treatment, you should notice a significant change in your legs' appearance, and after a few more treatments, the spider veins should be gone completely, helping you look younger and feel healthier.
