As your muscle tightens, you begin to experience pains and aches around this area. Before you know it, you start to suffer from minor tension headaches from time to time. If you continue to hunch over as you work, the tension around your back, neck and shoulders worsen and you begin to suffer from chronic tension headache. Fortunately, correcting your posture could effectively relieve your chronic tension headache. Yes, it may not be that easy to train yourself not to hunch when you work but it can be done. Managing Stress

Studies show that stress is one of leading causes of chronic tension headache. People who are subjected to constant stress at home and at work are more likely to suffer from chronic tension headache as compared to those people who are not subjected to constant stress. Since the cause of the chronic tension headache is stress, taking pain relievers will do little to relieve the pain. To solve, the problem, the sufferer needs to learn how to manage stress and learn to relax.
