Chocolate too must be included in the list of food that cause heartburn.

In fact, you must also make it a point to avoid certain medications that cause heartburn. In regard to taking action about food that cause heartburn it must be mentioned that it is not always necessary to completely forego all those food that cause heartburn. You can also prevent heartburn by curtailing the amount of such foods rather than eliminating them totally from your diet.
