If you are suffering from kidney stones then you should be careful with the foods that you eat. Kidney stones are basically formed in the substance within the urine and we all know that urine is a waste product of the foods and fluids that we intake. If you have kidney stones then it means that you have toxic elements stuck in your body that is normally caused by poor nutrition and unhealthy lifestyle.

To help you with your condition, you should become familiar with different kidney stones foods to eat. Passing a kidney stone is painful most of the time and to help you dissolve it you should eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, raw fruits and drink lots of fluids.

The type of kidney stones foods that a patient needs to eat also depend on his or her blood type. People with blood type A are more prone to having kidney stones. For this blood type, the patient should avoid dairy products as much as possible especially butter and as alternative, eat substitute dairy kidney stones foods like the following:

· Kefir (a fermented and flavored milk drink)

A patient with B or AB blood type can eat all types of dairy products especially the kidney stones foods listed above. Patients with the said blood types need as much calcium as they can get in order to help dissolve their kidney stones. However, do not drink pasteurized milk but instead drink whole raw milk.

All dairy products should be avoided by patients with type O blood or at least keep it to a very minimum amount. Calcium should be derived from vegetables, fruits or fish and not from dairy products. Below is a list of non-dairy kidney stones foods rich in calcium:

· Beans (soybeans, lima beans, white beans, black beans, navy beans and kidney beans)
