Women should carefully assess if their need for treatment is necessary. While herbs for menopause symptoms are said to be safe, people should look beyond what is written on the labels. What is labeled “natural” may not actually be safe. Finally, make sure that you know what remedy is best for you by consulting a health care professional. Otherwise, your self-medication may prove to be useless or even fatal.
