However, you have to let the wine sit for the recommended amount of time so that it can ferment over time.

You may find that the recipes have different ingredients, temperatures, yeast, and fruits. This makes no difference. All that really matters is that you are making your own naturally tasting wine. Even if you fail, you will at least have given it the chance. You may succeed or you may fail, but either way you will have enjoyed the experience.

This is how you are going to be able have the know how when it comes to making your own great tasting wine.
