When you make a file with the intention of storing all of these important goodies in it, you will relieve a large amount of confusion. You will not have to worry about where you stored that missing password or URL. It would be best if you did not make a shortcut on your desktop for this one, this being obvious. When you have a large list of contacts, you will need to keep these people close, as you never know who or when these contacts will come in handy for the business.
