This is the option many internet marketers opt for as it gives them complete control over their email marketing efforts, but they also have to deal with spam complaints themselves. If you join a reputable paid service, the autoresponder provider will ensure all your lists are double opt-in which means every subscriber has to confirm their subscription, any spam complaints from subscribers to your autoresponders are handled by them.
