Then decide which area of exposure will be most effective in helping you to obtain the information that will bring about a rewarding relationship with the consumer. Think about a point-of-sale approach where you can set up a signup form at places of business where there is a high traffic area. They want you to listen to their ideas and modify your products and/or services to fit them. They want to know that you will do whatever you have to so that they are happy. When they are happy with you as a provider of services, they will spend their money with your business.

If you are selling information, know every detail about the information because they will ask you questions and if you do not have the answer, they will not wait around for you to figure it out. When you take the time to cultivate a relationship with your prospects they will tell their friends, family, and anyone else they can. When your consumers receive great service, they spread the word. The more they tell others the more leads you cultivate, which will bring you more income.
