The test kitchen of Bay Brokerage Company is uniquely designed that it acts as a “double kitchen”. It was done so, so that cooking demonstrations can still take place while the actual food preparations continue taking place in the kitchen. The equipments are also conveniently set up on wheels to allow easy rearranging according to customer preference. Companies are welcome to use the facilities for a price, as a venue for their employee seminars and trainings, and for other food-related projects as well. Reservation prices are as follows: $175 for a minimum of 4-hour use of the conference kitchen; A fee of $500 for a minimum of 6-hour use is required for the presentation and test kitchen.
