The landlord can even have background checks down on his applicants to help ensure him that he is allowing a good, honest person to rent from him. If the landlord is more careful when allowing someone to rent from him it will help him achieve many profits from his rental properties and just the peace of mind in knowing his tenant's are honest people, just needing a good place to call home.
