Body Languages And How The Movements Decide
Magic Languages of the Body's Movements
The body says it all. While a man is sitting on a couch with his legs crossing over the other and his hands are clamped behind the head, thus this man isn't worried about nothing according to surveys, yet he is showing his superior nature and confidence.
If a man is standing with his hands on the hip and staring at another person in the eyes, it doesn't necessary mean he is ready or aggressive as some people believe. Some people act on this gesture as a sign of relaxing. Models will also use this gesture on a stage.
A man standing with his arms folded across his chest is said to be on the defense. Some people will place their hands about the chest area as a sign of relaxation or observance. Men often act out with these gestures, while some women will also cross the arms over the chest area.
Some believe that if a person drops his eyeglasses over the bridge of his nose and peers over the glasses that the person is sending signals of negative thoughts or reactions to the other person. This is likely true, since if I wore glasses and did this gesture I would be like, what are you talking about?
Few people believe that if the back is swayed that the ego is weak, while others believe that if a person is retracting his or her shoulders that he or she is angry and repressing the emotions.
What does it all mean? Is it true? What should we consider? One thing for certain if you are going to an interview or public speaking, thus you want to show sound posture, good body signals and communicate effectively with words.
One of the signals a body can convey that will certainly annoy anyone is at what time someone uses the fingers, snaps them and points down. This is a signal that you better come next to the person immediately. This signals is often used on children, however some adults will use these signals which is threatening to the receiver.
Overall the body's movement can signal interest, openness, agreeing, frustration, boredom, excitement, confidence, superiority, anger, nervousness, reassurance, suspicion, pride, lies, truth, trust, and so forth.
If you want to send a signal that you are open to conversation you might sit with the legs apart slightly or maintained control eye contact. If you wanted to send a signal of agreement you might sit in the same fashion. On the other hand if you wanted to convey frustration you might shoot sharp eye shots at the person, cease speaking, clamp the hands behind the back, or what have you. If you wanted to convey boredom you might sit with the legs crossing over the other while kicking the feet slightly.
If you want to show a sign of excitement your eyes may light up, your smile might widen, or you may even rub your hands together. A person relaying a message with the body, such as expressing confidence may briskly walk into the room with the posture in a straight position, or else talk with convictions while looking a person in the eyes.
If you are expressing superiority you might cross the legs and sit with the hands clamps behind the head. On the other hand, if you were to express anger act out in the same way you would act if you were frustrated.
A person nervous may bite the nails, pull the hair, shake violently, pull on the lips, pick at the skin and the list goes on.
