The Magic Of Body Language And Its Movements

Reading body language movements

The body is an amazing tool provided to us. The body composes several parts that can say more than our words could express. The body can express romance, intimidations, confidence, trust, lies, and more. It all depends on how you read the body but the eyes is one of the most powerful tools provided to us, since the eyes can say it all. For example, pupil size can clarify a person's mental state, including his/her emotions, moods, convictions and the like. The pupils will respond to drugs, alcohol, fear, or at what time the pupils are aroused.

Eye contact is a glaring process into another person's eyes, which steers up emotions. Some of the emotions could include romantic interest, confidence, intimidations, trust and the like. In a romantic gaze a person may stare for a few minutes into the eyes of their mate, which opens a window that leads to the soul, thus touching the body and mind in a newer fashion. Since the soul is the body, we can see that it will either stimulate, stress, or cause the body to act as it will see the eyes statement.

If a person stares at another person, locking his/her gaze into the eye's of another person and fails to remove the gaze it could demonstrate a symbol of threats or domination. This is sort of a way to make someone submissive to the other person. It is also a method of intimidation. If the gaze is broken it can also reduce the level of stress, including the rate of the heart, breathes taken, sweatiness and the like. Note however that if someone has strong convictions that will use the eyes more so than the body parts to make a statement of complete honesty, which is a sign the person is in control of his or her emotions. It also shows that the person has strong convictions, facts, characteristics, sophistication and class.

A person employing frequent eye contact with the listener is also showing an interest in the party involved. Some believe that if a person is not frequently making direct eye contact that it is a sign of disagreeing or dislike. This needs additional study since it is evident that the psyche works left to right with the left being the creative parent sides while the right side of the brain is the critical, side. According to resources if you stare periodically into the eyes of another person you are building trust and confidence.

The eyes are body languages that can be controlled and will relay messages. If you ever noticed men, many will gaze at a woman's breast, bottom, and the like. These men have control, yet they fail to use this control often. Yet, at home if they are looking at persons on a television screen or in a magazine they will often have less control of their stares.

Cultures make a difference while a person is using the eyes as a body language to convey a message. For example, if you are in Japan and stare into a person's eyes it is a form of disrespect. Thus, if you are practicing for success in public speaking, always consider culture. By doing so you can spare yourself from unwarranted issues, as well as show respects for these people of culture and their beliefs:

The eyes can say a lot, yet the hands, feet, mouth, chest and the like can say just as much in many ways. Thus, always consider cultures, ethnics, background, race, etc while considering speaking successfully in public.
