The Magic Of Body Languages And How We Talk

Reading the signals of the body's movement can enforce how we talk. If we learn how to use the body along with verbal communication we can convey any message that will enable another person to read our messages easily.

For example, if someone approaches you while you are working, you can use the right hand or left hand turn it to the side with fingers up and together to let the person know that now is not the time. You can also directly look them in the eye with a firm glare to let them know they need to approach you at another time.

Some of the common finger movements in body language include the pointing finger. Some people will take their index finger, point it while shaking while others will direct the finger toward the person. This let's them know immediately that something is wrong. This is an emotional signal that is being sent.

If you are at a job interview the last thing you want to do is use body signals that will give off the wrong impression. It is important to set up straight and make eye contact without conveying a wrong intent. Thus, if you steadily stare at the interviewer, likely you will make this person feel uncomfortable. You can look left or right from time to time to make the interviewer feel at ease. Yet, some people while they may know about body languages will interpret it in their own way.

Some people may expect you to adhere to an ongoing stare while making eye contact. If you look side to side, left to right, or down to the floor it may send a wrong message. For example, the law may interpret eye contact that is not making connection, interpreting it as a person is lying. This is not always true. Most people it might be a reality, but if a person as a mental disorder, i.e. certain disorders make it difficult to maintain eye contact. The person is not lying; rather they are experiencing mental issues that likely no one will understand. That is, unless a person has a sound understanding in psychology, human behaviors and mental illnesses. The downside is many experts in the field of psychology do not have all the ingredients to determine body signals sent from few people in the world.

Body language is conveying a message whereas words are not used, or else at what time a person is speaking it is used to enforce the words. Our body talks in many ways, and unfortunately everyone has their own way of interpreting the languages of the mind, but the fact is; only we know what we are saying.

One of the most frightening observations in the world is, people expect you to have confidence, self-assurance, trust, and the likes, yet once you achieve this and use your body and words to back it, many will tear you down.

One example can be seen in the following illustration of misinterpretation of body language. For example, when a woman plays, pulls or fondles her hair, many believe that she is seeking intimate attention, or else attracted to the male in front of her. This is not true in all aspects, since some people have a tendency which means that they have a nervous disorder that causes them to act in such a way. While some women use this as a seductive tool, not every woman will. In fact, some people literally pull their hair out caused from severe abuse. Before you start reading body languages, think carefully because body language, like words can mislead.
