Working With External And Internal Polarities In Effective Consciousness And Self Development
When you think of all the external and internal polarities we must battle each day, it may make you wonder what the point of trying is. The battle often seems hard to master, which makes it feel even more pointless.
The fact is we can overcome many polarities we address each day. By looking at these divisions or splits, we can challenge polarities by using self-talk skills. We must learn to dialogue, which starts with the processes of gestalt emergence of problems.
How to dialogue:
Dialoging is the process of interviewing and having a conversation with self. When we learn to talk out our issues, we begin to see the light at interconnecting angles. We can zoom in on the problems more effectively to find answers.
While we practice dialoging, we learn to hunt for irrational reasoning. On our hunt, we can discover and follow challenging patterns in our irrational statements. The process helps us to discover underlying or original meanings.
During the process of searching for external and internal polarities. We can reframe our mind. To reframe our mind we must invite visual aids into our conversation, whether mentally or externally to channel in on various perspectives.
We learn to unfix our mind to free ourselves of fixed notions, ideas, or thoughts that maybe stuck in our emotions. We learn from this process because it helps us to re-experience what we learned in the past. This helps us to clear out any kinesthetic or sensational reactions by re-experiencing any events that changed our attitude at the start.
We can learn to use recursions by repeating, or re-experiencing the same questions or actions. The goal is to tire out our responses to these experiences or questions.
Once we dialogue, hunt for irrational reasoning, reframe, unfix, re-experience, recursion, etc we can move to integrating polarities. At this stage, we bring any opposing sides of our thinking or person in union.
After integration, we can move to retrieval of the soul, which brings together all parts of our person that has been lost. We then move to processing our perceptual by isolating them and altering these perceptions by associating with the issues. We then move to entity processes, which address our observable fact perceptual. This includes accepting that what we feel, think, experienced, etc are real-life entities and are independent of our own being.
Once you complete the stages that make up gestalt emergence of problems through psychological reasoning, thus you can move to awareness.
When you move to awareness, you begin to concentrate and observe your own senses, feelings, thinking, actions, etc and can now pay closer attention to the stream of nature or macrobiotics of your own centered attendance of experiences.
Gestalt is a long-used branch of psychological practices, which is viewed as treatments for behaviors, perceptions, etc. The process allows you to integrate the whole, and not a smaller sum of our individual stimulus or responses. In short, we view our problems at all angles and as a whole.
The therapy is intended for many purposes. However, if you have survived an extremely traumatic history, then please allow a licensed therapist assist you with this process of effective consciousness and self-development. Those that have not endured a traumatic history can benefit from practicing these procedures on their own; however, you may want to seek support in the event you discover something hidden in your subliminal mind that causes you emotional distress.
For the most part, gestalt is a self-talk process, which you can benefit from in many ways by working with external and internal polarities.
