Brachmacarya is the following step in yogic practices that teaches us to use our instincts and instructs us to consider all things as an eventual manifestation of the consciousness. If one dwells on materialistic for example, then this person will only focus on material items that may lead to failure. We must learn to focus on the positive attributes of life.

By learning to focus, we will see our positive light. Our thoughts will direct us to success. If we tie together our mental energies into positive and victorious directions, thus the sky is the limit.

Aparigraha follows pursuit giving us a guide to determine our individual in the abandon of material goods, which is redundant to a person’s authentic needs. We need to seek natural needs, rather than material goods. Once you discover the starting points, continue through all steps of yoga until you achieve the greatest level of awareness.


Yoga teaches us that when we hoard wealth it causes misery and malnourishment for other inhabitants of the earth. Using the fifth step in yogic, we can learn realization of consciousness, which guides us to self-development.

Yoga helps us to develop the body and mind by allowing us to focus on our beliefs and morality. If we practice yoga in order, and often we can ultimately reach our highest degree of learning, developing skills, and so on.
