Stress Management

Negative Energy And Stress Therapy

Due to the increasing complexity of modern life, people are being exposed to an enormous variety of stressors. These stressors include increasing pressure at work, intense competitiveness, crisis in life changes in life and other factors. The enormous exposure strains people’s stress coping mechanisms.

How does stress harm a person’s body? The body consists of inherently positive energy. Stress, however, is negative energy. This negative energy builds up without people knowing it until it is too late. True, symptoms manifest themselves over time but most people ignore them. If this negative energy is not released, it attacks the weakest points in the body. When these points reach their breaking, the person succumbs to sickness.

Therefore, it is important to get rid of this negative energy. To reduce or eliminate this energy, a person needs to undergo stress therapy. Now, this might sound so medical and scientific. In actuality, this is quite simple. Natural stress therapy is safe and effective.

There are a lot of stress therapy techniques. An example is crystal healing. This is a technique where natural crystals are being used for stress therapy. A small piece of crystal is placed on a specific part of a patient’s body. According to this technique, natural crystals such as amethysts are used to shape healing energies. It is believed that the crystals’ make, color, vibration and shape can make someone calm by focusing and amplifying healing, positive energy. This positive energy rebuilds the balance needed for good health.

Another good example of stress therapy is the Bach Flower remedies. This is very similar to crystal therapy. However, as the name implies, Bach Flower remedies use blossoms and buds instead of crystals. The flowers are placed on specific points of the body so that their positive energy can flow and heal the body.

Spiritual healing is another natural stress therapy. In this technique, the healer will not use any crystal, flower, or artifact. Instead, the healer uses his or her own body as a channel of positive energy. He or she lays hands on a person and transfers her healing energy to the patient. Specific parts of the body can be targeted.

Spiritual healing does not heal stress related diseases. Instead, it corrects emotional, mental or spiritual imbalance. When these imbalances are corrected, physical disease can be prevented. Spiritual healing can also ease up the existing symptoms of a stress related disease.
