Sing-a-long, Animated Stress Management

It’s surprising indeed that one medical problem that has got psychologists and doctors baffled for centuries can be cured thoroughly by animated activity, like the Sing-a-long, Animated Stress Management. In this section, we will discover how stress can be treated with Sing-a-long, Animated Stress Management.

First, we discuss stress. We all know that stress is really a pent up energy that got trapped within a human body, waiting to come out, waiting to be released. Stress is really what medical professionals coin as the “fight or flight” reaction of a living animal. It is a basal mechanism, a set of natural rules originally designed to protect and preserve life. You can see it on a baboon that frantically screeches and claws at a predating tiger. You see it on any dog that bares its fangs on any intruder or threat to its survival. This natural mechanism exists also in humans. It primes us to such activity, only that such need comes less often.

This mechanism, the fight or flight stress reaction was first studied by a 1929 American Physiologist Walter Cannon. In his study, this automated response serves as an animalistic survival instinct. Whenever the animal anticipates strenuous activity or expects grievous harm, its body’s sympathetic nervous structure primes the body for control. By releasing chemicals like adrenaline or epinephrine, hastens the pumping of blood throughout the system for strenuous activity, and inhibits several other blood vessels. That was ultimately proven when a test had shown that a man on a strenuous activity doesn’t respond to memory tests well than on a man that’s inactive. Another aspect is its inhibiting several sensory functions, like hunger, cold, warmth or even pain.

Prolonged or repeated reactions such as this can severely hamper the health of the body. By inhibiting blood flow, some limbs generally weaken over time. By inhibiting blood flow over the brain, most stressed individuals will find their productivity, and creativeness severely hampered.

Sing-a-long, animated stress management becomes the most favorable therapeutic activity, one that is fun to do as well as taking your mind off work for a while. It is highly stress dispensing. Its ability to channel unused energy out of the system and allows inner healing to take place. Plus any lively activity together with friends can promote anyone’s well-being.

In a nutshell, sing-a-long, animated stress management seems the next best therapeutic treatment for stress. Consult such activity with your therapist; consider arranging weekly occasion with friends.
