The Best Pro Putting Tips In Golf

You can learn golf from books and DVDs, websites and through practice. But if you want to get your golf putting tips from the pros, you need to enroll in a golf school. Many golf schools exist that allow you to learn golfing skills directly from PGA professionals. This article will look at some of them.

Pro Putting Tips in Golf at the ESPN Golf School

The premier cable sports network ESPN runs a series of golf schools all over the USA and Canada. There are several programs available including a beginners program, a golf school for women and a 3 day resort school. The classes are all taught by PGA Class A professionals and include putting drills as well as personalized instruction in such areas as proper posture, golf etiquette, swing mechanics and club control.

ESPN offers a corporate hospitality program that allows companies to recognize employees' contributions or welcome potential clients with the same professional standard of golf instruction offered to all students at their golf schools.

Pro Putting Tips in Golf at the Faldo Golf Institute

The Faldo Golf Institute is a partnership between the renowned golfer Nick Faldo and Marriott Hotels. It takes place at three Marriott golfing resorts, two in Florida and one in California. Whilst Faldo himself does not participate in the instruction, his instructors are all PGA professional golfers working from Faldo's techniques. Through his instructors, Faldo shares the techniques and tips that have helped him become one of the world's top golfers.

The Faldo Golf Institute offers a choice of two or three day golf schools and three hour sessions. There are also one or two hour private sessions available. Programs are available throughout the year. Pricing varies according to the time of year that the classes are held. Perhaps surprisingly, summer is (June through September) is the cheapest time of year to enroll, perhaps because the weather is too hot in the tropical or desert climates in which the school is held.

Pro Putting Tips in Golf at the Bird Golf School for Women

The Bird Golf School has a women's program founded by three time LPGA champion Sharon Miller. There are 3, 4 or 5 day courses available. Each day contains 6 hours of individualized instruction from an LPGA professional, lunch with your instructor and unlimited putting and driving practice in their state of the art practice facilities. For a slightly lower price, two on one instruction is also available. The courses aim to identify your own individual strengths and weaknesses, so if you want tips on hitting a golf ball as well in a real game as you do on the practice range, this is the school for you.
