What To Look For

Your local council should have tax maps available that will enable you to locate the owner of the land and offer to buy it. One option is to offer to pay a flat fee per customer. This can make it seem like an attractive investment when paychecks are coming in to the landowner after each play day. The busier you are, the more money the landowner makes, which is a good way to ensure that the landowner has the interests of your business at heart.
