Traveling In Luxury: Caribbean Sailing Yacht

When going on a Caribbean vacation, sometimes people will choose to go to a resort where everything is covered in the package deal and they stay on one island the entire time. In other Caribbean vacations, the person might go on a cruise liner where they can have all of the entertainment on the cruise ship and also enjoy the activities that are offered at the different ports where they stop. The problem with both of these types of vacations is that the travel is limited to the package deal so that the person does not always get to stay where he wants to stay for the amount of time that he wants to stay there to see the sights before moving on.

Charters

One way to avoid this is to charter a Caribbean sailing yacht. These Caribbean sailing yachts are like miniature versions of the cruise liners in that they offer great dining and luxurious quarters, but they have more flexibility in the places and lengths of time that they stop along the way. These Caribbean sailing yachts offer a variety of water sport activities that people can do for free along with the package, plus they will stop and stay at the prescribed ports along the way at the beck and call of the vacationers. The only limitations about the length of stay at a certain spot is whether the boat can return to the port they left from in the prescribed amount of time that is left and whether there are any weather concerns to prevent the stay.

These Caribbean sailing yachts most often have chefs that will fix the meals according to the likes and dislikes of the people on board. Usually a family or group of families will charter one of these Caribbean sailing yachts so that the entire vacation can be planned according to their needs and wants, rather than according to the cruise liner's schedule. This allows the families to decide, if they really like one of the islands, to stay there an additional day. The food is always readily available and the chef can accommodate any allergies or health issues in the menu that he plans out. In addition, the captain and crew are usually very willing to teach the vacationers the ropes about sailing such a vessel, which is an exciting new experience to most. There are even some Caribbean sailing yachts that allow the vacationers to sail the ship under the watchful eyes of the captain whenever they want to do so, and then they can relax and let the crew take over the sailing equipment when they are tired of it.
