Skydiving Stunts

Skydiving is one way to challenge yourself and determine how far can you go as far as extreme sports is concerned. Yes there are many extreme sports available for those who crave for daredevil feats but nothing can surpass to the variety of things that can be done while up in the air.

Extreme sports like surfing and skiing are definitely going to give anyone the adrenalin rush that they want, but in skydiving the adrenalin is far higher as the distance from the sky to the earth. In surfing and skiing you can never skydive but in skydiving you can surf and ski at the same time—thanks to skydiving stunts.

Skydiving stunts added more flavor to skydiving. Imagine riding a car floating in the air, say 12,000-15,000 feet above the ground or ride a ski or a surfboard when you jump out of the plane. There are already hundreds who have done all these skydiving stunts. But there are still more skydiving stunts that groups and couples dared tried, trying to defy the limits set at h back of their minds.

Who could ever imagine that skydiving stunts like these could be possible, but don’t you think that this thought can be easily brushed aside. If flying to the moon became possible then there is no way that any skydiving stunts would be difficult to do. The Guinness Book of World Record has all the proofs that indeed skydiving stunts are becoming popular among Americans and other nationals.

Popular movies and TV ads have also utilized stunts taken from skydiving. Think of James Bond or Mission Impossible kinds of flick where actors display difficult aerial gymnastics stunts like somersault high above the air. Or the villain and the protagonist fight with each other in mid-air. It may be true that some of these acts were done with the help of camera trick and chroma board but all of these are possible with real skydiving stunts.

Have you heard of couples getting married while wearing flying suits and suspended up in the air? This act is no longer new because many couples have already tried tying the knot while they are fastened to a parachute. It is never a simple trick to do this tough act but it can be done.

Performing difficult stunts while skydiving calls for a rigorous training. Many divers may have tried but only few succeeded because doing this act needs passion and determination in perfecting the craft of being the a good skydiving stunt specialist. Safety is still important and should not be taken for granted.

Stunts in skydiving are practiced, but where do they practice? Of course up there where the sky is blue and the clouds are soft.
