You can be sure and abundantly sure when this happens the find was well worth the effort. This is very common around old homes when the last member of the family dies. What was worth nothing in yesteryears becomes increasingly more valuable as the years roll by.

Sometimes a person may have a $.10 baseball in the house that is 70 years old or more and has no idea how it got there. All they know is that grandpa brought it home.
