Take The Family To Aruba For A Fun Vacation

If you are looking for a new spot to take the whole family on vacation this year plan a fun family trip to Aruba. The island of Aruba lies just off the coast of Venezuela and is famous for having sunny, tropical weather all year round. Aruba gets less than 24 inches rain per year usually so even if you go to Aruba during the rainy reason of November and December you will still have plenty of sun for your family vacation.

The average temperature in Aruba is about 82 degrees and that is the temperature most of the year. This makes Aruba the perfect vacation spot for families with children. Children are much more sensitive to the sun than adults and shouldn't be exposed to too much sun if the temperature is too high but the warm, temperature climate of Aruba is perfect for children of all ages.

Best of all, there are lots of different family friendly activities and attractions that you can do and see when you're in Aruba no matter how old or young your children are. There is something for everyone to enjoy in Aruba. You can swim, play on the beach, go horseback riding, play tennis, play golf, go boating and fishing, go jetskiing or waterskiing, or just have a cool drink at a café and people watch or go shopping.

No matter what your kids are interested in they will find something fun to do in Aruba. Because the gorgeous waters surrounding Aruba are so crystal clear diving and snorkeling are popular pastimes in Aruba. If your children are too little to safely enjoy snorkeling try taking them on a marine boat that has a glass bottom so they can watch all the wildlife swimming by or take them on a ride on a recreational submarine so they can view coral and deep water marine life.

If you just want to spend the time swimming and playing on the beach then you have to head over to Palm Beach which locals say is the best swimming beach on the whole island. If your kids are animal lovers or are just tired of swimming take them to the Aruba Ostrich Farm for a nice change of pace. On the Ostrich Farm they can pet and feed live ostriches, learn about ostriches, and even touch some of the enormous ostrich eggs.

Kids of all ages love visiting the Aruba Ostrich Farm. When you're tired of being out in the sun you can switch gears and take a guided jeep tour of the northwest side of the island. The territory there is a bit rough and kids will love bouncing through the lush vegetation in a jeep and watching for wildlife. Those are just a few of the hundreds of attractions that Aruba has to offer families. Family friendly hotels and resorts are plentiful so that you can be sure that your vacation will be totally family friendly from start to finish and there's plenty of fine dining and music and other nightlife for the parents to enjoy at night after the kids are in bed.
