How to get there?

Ocean Park Barbados is nestled in the Balls, Christ Church Parish. The Park can be reached with just a 6-minute ride from the Grantley Adams International Airport passing along the ABC Highway. It will take roughly 15-20 minutes from any of the hotels in the South Coast area while 30-40 minutes from the hotels that located in the West Coast side.

During summer the gates are open to public every Tuesday to Sunday from 10AM to 6PM. In the winter season Ocean Park Barbados is open everyday from 10AM to 5PM.

The prices of the tickets are: for adults, US$17.50 (Bds$ 35.00); children 4-12, US$10.00 (Bds$20.00), senior and students with valid ID US$12.50 (Bds$25.00), while kids below 4 years old are free of charge. For groups of ten or more adults are charged with US$15.00 (Bds$30.00) while children is US$8.50 (Bds$17.00)

For family tourists with 2 adults and 3 children is charged US$50.00 (Bds$100.00) and fee of US$10.00 (Bds$ 20.00) for every extra person either a child or an adult. Ocean Park Barbados is giving away 20% fro those who purchased their tickets online. Other freebies include free drinks and 10% from the gift shop.

The attractions waiting at the Ocean Park Barbados are the Freshwater Falls, Freshwater Ponds, Ray Pool, Rocky Coast, Discovery Pod, Living Reef, Touch Pool, Ocean Encounter, and Mini Golf. There are plenty to places and activities to choose within the park.

At the Freshwater Falls and Ponds. Visitors can take a look at the Red Belly Piranhas and they can also feed the freshwater fishes in the ponds. Those who crave a little bigger sea creature, the Ray Pool is the place to visit where the visitors are also allowed to feed the rays. The discovery pod is an air-conditioned encasement where visitors can take a closer look of the many marine species inside a giant aquarium. A mini golf is available for those who want to be a little sporty.
