Serving for more than a century, The Royal Gazette is the only Bermuda newspaper that is published daily excluding on Sundays as well as on public holidays. Their circulation can reach to more than 16, 000 copies where its audience is almost a hundred percent of the adult market.

This Bermuda newspaper seeks to cover the entire community with objectivity as well as in gathering accurate facts. They aim to stand as an independent voice as they do not have any political affiliations that will undeniably play a major part in filtering the reports that will come out the following day.

Mid- Ocean is the sister company of this Bermuda newspaper that only comes out on a Friday. It contains a vast selection of entertainment reports, sports stories, travel articles and hard news as well as human interest features.

In 1997, The Royal Gazette had begun its online edition where by December of 2001, they upgraded their website. Mid- Ocean can also be seen in their homepage. This is intended to reach out to their natives that migrated to other regions that they may also be updated with the latest happenings by just a click of the mouse. Both are owned by The Bermuda Press Holdings which adds to other of their businesses in the island like the Bermuda Press Ltd which is a primary commercial printer that supplies to office companies and real estate.

Its editorial team is composed of highly dynamic people such as Patrick Burgess, Marcus Day, Tania Theriault and Bill Zuill as editors. Those that go to their respective beats are Matthew Taylor, Sam Strangeways, Elizabeth Roberts, Ruth O' Kelly Lynch, Scott Neil and Dan Jones as reporters.
