Beachcomber Island Fiji is one of Fiji's most popular resort destinations. Beachcomber Island Fiji offers various types of accommodation to suit the taste and budget of guests from lodge or dormitory rooms to a private bure by the beach. The ‘bure" is the traditional Fijian hut and all rooms in Beachcomber Island Fiji are of bure style. There are 22 premium and standard bure rooms, 16 rooms in the Coconut Lodge for twin occupancy and 100-bunk Grand Bure dormitory. All accommodations have sun decks and private baths, hot showers and other essential features such as ceiling fans, refrigerators and tea/coffee makers.

Beachcomber Island Fiji includes all meals in its rates so guests can enjoy all the delicious feasts of local and international at anytime throughout their stay. Island drums resound to signal Kana (eat) time or meal times. There is also a unique barefoot bar, which is right on the golden sandy beach.

Activities in Beachcomber Island Fiji abound. Some popular activities are scuba diving, fishing and water sports. The resort offers guests introductory scuba diving lessons. After receiving instruction, they may dive with professional diving instructors and explore the marine sanctuary that surrounds the island. With Fiji's deep tropical waters and reefs, fishing in Fiji promises to be one exciting activity. Those into fishing can look forward to a fantastic catch of various game fishes like the speedy Wahoo, Sail Fish, Marlin, Barracuda, Tuna, Giant Trevally and the colorful MahiMahi.

Other water activities in Beachcomber Island Fiji include waterskiing, jet skiing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, snorkeling and more. For land activities, guests can go island hopping or go to a shopping trip to the mainland. There is volleyball and mini golf and others. For kids, board games, turtle feeding and fish feeding are just some things to keep them entertained.

Beachcomber Island Fiji offers island transfers to the nearby island of Viti Levu, one of Fiji's two main islands. Transfers are via luxury high-speed catamarans. Trips take only 25 minutes. There are four scheduled trips daily. Departure starts at 9 am from Port Denarau followed by a 12:15 pm trip. From Beachcomber Island Fiji, transfers depart at 11.30 am and then at 4.30 pm. Transfers from Lautoka Wharf is available whenever necessary.
