Suva Fiji --- One Of Pacific Island's Best!

Fiji, one of the beautiful archipelagos of the Pacific Islands, has been blessed with a natural beauty. It's been a haven for many tourists and honeymooners, a cradle of rich culture and heritage, and a citadel of warm and hospitable people. It has more than 300 islands, and one of the major islands in Central Fiji, which is Viti Levu holds the roots of Fiji's capital, Suva.

Its capital city, Suva Fiji has continuously attracted more guests and visitors throughout the years, probably because it has unceasingly served both locals and foreigners with so much care and respect. Suva Fiji is a glorious harbor city with modern buildings patterned on traditional architecture. It's blending the old and the new in one setting --- showing how Fijians honor their past and value the present.

Rich with nature's gifts, it has a rich flora and fauna --- with colorful flowering gardens seen all over the place, and a collective view of beauty in the Orchid Island. Because of its multi-racialism, there's a varied selection of delectable food choices from Chinese, to Indian, Fijian, and European cuisines.

Suva Fiji, being the political and commercial center of the country has the largest urban area and the main port of call. It has served as a hub of the nation's cultural, economic, social, and tourist attraction and activities. A very exciting and unique place because of its multi-racial features --- both the people and the place, Victorian village houses adjacent modern offices and shopping centers. It holds the seat of the Fijian government, with government and NGOs situated around the area. Museums and parks give life to the place, and research centers and educational institutions give a future to the area.

The major ethnic groups in Suva are the Indigenous Fijians and Indo-Fijians, and the minor groups are those of Caucasians and Chinese. The English language is the major language spoken in the city, but other dialects and languages are also used among different groups and communities.

Suva Fiji, though a small city in a small island in the Pacific, keeps hold of the balance of tradition and modernization, and the history and future of the country. More and more people from the opposite side of the globe are becoming interested in the place, because Suva Fiji has a certain spark that makes it distinct from all other cities and islands of the Pacific. Behold one of the beautiful spots in this world by visiting Suva Fiji.
